How Stress Can Ruin Your Health with Dr Sally Moorcroft

Dr Sally Moorcroft will go through the physical effects stress has on your body, what happens when you are stressed and how and in what ways this can impact your health.  She will cover foods to combat stress and help level the hormones released.

10.45 am – 11.45am 

Stretch Pilates with Genevieve Cummings

This class with focus on the breath and controlled exercises using the balls and rollers.

12pm – 1pm

Stress Recognitition and Self Help Techniques with Hayley Drakes

Hayley Drakes’ Interactive Session will focus on Recognising Signs of Stress and Techniques you can use at home or work for combatting those feelings, including some self help tips taken from the wonderfully relaxing therapy Reflexology which can be done on the hands.

2pm – 4pm

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Carmen Bratton

Carmen will guide you through a carefully constructed series of restorative yoga postures designed to create specific physiological responses in the body that are beneficial to your health and well being. The workshop will incorporate breathing practices and yoga nidra for deep relaxation to further help your body release tension and restore your mind, leaving you with a deep and profound sense of wellbeing. If your just wanting some peace and quiet, or maybe recovering from injury or illness, this gentle workshop will be just the tonic for you.


You can book just one session on the day or the whole day for £50

Refreshments and a light lunch and mini treatment included.
