An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 28th January 2020
The Introductory sessions Enhance your Energy are as follows:
Week 1 – Asana – sun salutations, bellow breaths, sun meditation, theory of body & breath and mind.
Week 2 – Asana – Body posture to loosen your joints, ocean breath, aura meditation, knowledge of emotions.
Week 3 – Asana- Stress release posture, breathing to purify channels, destress meditation, knowledge of destressing.
Week 4 – Asana- Fun Yoga, Breathing to manage emotions, knowledge to manage negative emotions.
Thereafter the Happiness Programme with begin for 11 weeks.
Sessions are run by Dr. Pai and take place in our beautiful studio.
