Hatha Yoga with Bev

Bev has been involved with sport and leisure for most of her life , she has taught swimming, lifeguard, and teach yoga regularly. Her teaching style is for all abilities, you can be from any age . Yoga will improve your posture , flexibility, hopefully reduce risk to reoccurring injury s, yoga will make your body stronger/ leaner and improve your mental health with relaxation.
