About Dr Nicola Rowles

Nicola Rowles, BSc, MBBS is a qualified medical doctor who spent time training in General Practice before working in Community Pediatrics. She has studied mindfulness for four years at Bangor Univerity receiving a Masters degree in training Mindfulness.

This life affirming course starts on 28th April and runs for 8 weeks, each session will start at 10am and last for 2 hours. Price for the programme is £280 and includes 8 x 2 hour sessions, a course workbook and home practice sheets, four audio cd’s to support home practice, daily home practice, group dialogue, individually tailored instructions, enquiry exercises to enhance awareness of everyday life, mindful gentle stretching exercises and guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices.

Anyone over the age of 17 can attend but you will need to complete a pre-course phone interview to discuss what is involved and if it is suitable for you.
