Breathing & Meditation with Emma Bailey
Emma leads this one hour session focused on Tibetan Breathing techniques, releasing worry and tensions from the week and start the weekend feeling fresh and relaxed.
This will be a run as a regular monthly session.
£8.50 (per person)

Session One (3rd Sept) – Asana:- sun salutations( surya namaskar), bellow breaths, Sun meditation, Theory of Body breath and mind
Session Two (10th Sept) – Asanas:- Body postures to loosen our joints( Up yoga),ocean breath,Aura meditation knowledge of our emotions.
Session Three (24th Sept) Asanas:- Stress release postures( Subtle yoga), Breathing to purify our channels, Destress meditation, Knowledge of destressing.
Session Four (8th Oct) un yoga(Pashu Asanas), Breathing to manage our emotions, knowledge to manage our negative emotions like anger, depression and fear and anxiety
Session Five – Fifteen (see dates on calendar) Happiness Programme.
