Cleanse & Detox Retreat Day
Saturday January 27, 2018 9.30pm - 5pm
The day begins at 9.30am, please arrive promtly so you can complete a quick health questionnaire and enjoy a cup of cleansing tea before the day begins.
9.45am – 10.45am
Sunrise Stretch Pilates
A chance to awaken your senses and stretch out all those muscles in this structured informative class. Geneivieve will guide you through a sequence of movements which aim to improve posture, muscle tone and circulation. Increase flexilibility and joint mobility and relieve stress.
11am – 12pm
Detox your mind Meditation
A chance to clear your mind and take some moments to relax with this deep meditation based on kundalani Yoga techniques Caroline will guide your through a relaxing meditation.
12.15pm – 1.30pm, 2.30pm – 3.30pm
Dr. Sally & Alison will fully equip you with all the information needed to carry out your detox programme and be able to answer any of your questions, the workshop will include:
The benefits of doing a Detox Programme
How to do it safely
When it is not suitable or when to avoid doing one
The best detox process
How to support your body while going through the process – using diet and supplements, includes recipe ideas for before and after
How to break the fast
Additional aspects of supporing your detox
Includes a practitical juicing sesssion.

3.45pm – 4.45pm
The day concludes with a restorative yoga practice with Richard. Richard will guide you through a carefully constructed series of restorative yoga postures designed to create specific physiological responses in the body that are beneficial to your health and well being.
