Welcome to our events page we have a programme of exciting workshops, courses and events.  Please do make sure you book if you would like to attend as places are limited.

Retreat Day

Saturday June 16, 2018 10am - 4pm

Join us for this exciting retreat day:

Facial Yoga Workshop

Start the day with Dr. Katerina Steventon who will run you through a Facial Yoga Workshop.  Katerina has a PhD in Skin Science and specialises in facial massage and facial yoga.  In this workshop you will be in a small group and Katerina teach you how to exercise and touch our faces in a beneficial way.


Hatha Yoga Practice

After giving your face a workout it is time to stretch out your body.  Strengthen the Body, Calm the Mind, Open the Heart.  Richard Tucker will teach this Hatha Flow class using a unique sequencing to promote a dynamic and relaxing experience.  This class incoporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha Yoga Class breath, meditation and postures – while challegning your co-ordination through movement.

Sleep & Relaxation Workshop

In this deep relaxing workshop Sandra Bojen – Taylor will run through the importance and benefits of creating a routine to aid sleep and relaxation.  This session will conclude with a sleep meditation.

You can then wander downstairs and enjoy a leisurely lunch prepared by the wonderful Becky Grimmick, Delicious super salads, GF quiche, fruit, yoghurt and a selection of cakes.

Throughout the day you will invited to enjoy a 15 minute mini treatment with one of our wonderful therapists.

Medicinal Garden Workshop

To celebrate National Herbal Medicine Week Dr. Sally Moorcroft will lead the tour of our small medicinal herb garden, discussing the properties and uses of the herbs grown, you will then go into the Studio to make you very own herbal tea and tonic to take home.  The workshop will talk you through the basics of how we turn herbs into products and how they provide a number of health benefits.

Body Confidence Course

Thursday April 26, 2018 6pm - 7.15pm

This 12 week course run by our team of professional experts covers the following:

Holistic Health & Nutrition
Two group sessions with Dr. Moorcroft on holistic health.
Three 1-1 sessions with our nutritionist Alison Leighton- Including a meal planning guide and recipe suggestions.
Three group nutritional workshops with Alison Leighton including cooking workshop and recipe ideas.

Hypnotherapy & Stress Management

Two group hypnotherapy sessions with Tara Foulkes with online support and additional take home support material. 
Two group workshops with Sandra Bojen – Taylor breaking negative thought patterns and breaking barriers.

Movement & Skincare
Three 30 minute  1-1 sessions with Becky Cartledge our movement expert to build a positive relationship with your body through awareness and a sustainable movement program unique to you and how you feel each day.
Three group movement sessions with Becky Cartledge.
One group facial and body skincare regime interactive workshop with Sally Marshall, tips and Q&A’s for skin problems.

The course includes support material and handouts, as well as ongoing support throughout the programme. Refreshments served.
The course cost is £240 there are two payment options you can either pay a £60 upfront payment then £15 payable weekly on the course dates or the total course cost upfront.


Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga Workshop

Saturday June 9, 2018 2pm - 4.30pm

Take time out of your busy life to come and enjoy an afternoon of relaxation and leave feeling balanced and restored. To learn about and experience Yoga Nidra and Restorative  Yoga.  We will begin the session with Yoga Nidra allowing the mind and body to deeply rest. Carmen will then guide you through a sequence of restorative yoga postures designed to create specific physiological responses in the body that are beneficial for your health and wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. Surrendering your weight to the props to relax, release and open the body softening into the stretches. This helps you to relieve the effects of negative stress encountered in daily life, and can be highly beneficial in times of fatigue, illness, and emotional strain. You will end the session with another delicious Yoga Nidra. The focus will be to calm and nurture yourselves on all levels during the workshop. The conscious relaxation techniques taught can be used outside of the yoga room as well, encouraging you to take your practice off the mat and into the world.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, no yoga experience is necessary

Pregnancy Course

Wednesday June 6, 2018 5.30pm - 7.30pm


A 10 week course to empower and support you and your body throughout pregnancy. The course is packed with information including Hypnobirthing course, Pre and Post Natal Nutrition, Holistic Health and remedies for use throughout pregnancy, Ways to support yourself through labour, tips on weaning and the early days of parenthood

Week One 6th June 2018 5.30pm – 7.30pm
The session starts with Pregnancy Yoga with Helen Jacques
Nutrition with Alison Leighton
Alison will cover diet and supplements to optimise the health of yourself
and your baby during pregnancy. With recipe ideas.

Week Two 13th June 2018 5.30pm – 7.30pm
The session starts with Pregnancy Yoga with Helen Jacques
Holistic Health with Dr. Sally and Jolene Falconer
Covering supporting your body throughout pregnancy using natural remedies, acupuncture, acupressure and homeopathy.

Week Three – Week Six 20th June – 11th July 2018 5.30pm – 8pm
These sessions start with Pregnancy Yoga with Helen Jacques
Hypnobirthing with Tara Foulkes
Tara will run hypnobirthing part of the course for both partners to attend. Over 4 weeks Tara will provide talks and education about increasing your confidence to ensure that you feel calm and in control of your pregnancy and delivery. Including topics, such as: how your body works and the stages of labour, dispelling any myths and removing fear, the effect of breathing, bonding and techniques post birth. You will recieve four hypnotherapy audios to listen to at different stages in your pregnancy which will support you in feeling calm and in control during your pregnancy, during delivery and postnatally.

Week Seven 18th July 5.30pm – 7.30pm
The session starts with Pregnancy Yoga with Helen Jacques
Nutrition with Alison Leighton
Alison will cover post natal nutrition and weaning.

Week Eight 25th July 5.30pm – 7.30pm
The session starts with Pregnancy Yoga wit Helen Jacques
Dr. Sally, Jolene and Emma will go over labour and using acupuncture, acupressure and reflexology throughout your labour.

Week Nine 1st August 5.30pm – 6.30pm
The session starts with Pregnancy Yoga with Helen Jacques
Becky Cartledge will follow with a session on movement, tips for pre and post natal movement and strength.

Week Ten – Organised after the final baby of the group has been born to cover post natal .
Confidence with your baby, Body Confidence, Baby Massage, Holistic Health for common ailments in babies. This session will be 2 hours.

Course starts 6th June 2018
Suitable from 16 week – 28 weeks pregnant.
The course cost is £185 per couple and includes resource pack.
Partners are invited to all sessions except the mat based yoga and movement, due to limited space in the studio
