Gravity

Thousands of people use GRAVITY as a natural alternative to costly pain relief medication. GRAVITY can help relieve your pain and combat your busy lifestyle in a safe way.

Lying down on the two parts of the system allows it to support your bodyweight in a neutral position to decompress and relax tight muscles in the neck, spine, and pelvis. This helps to relieve tension throughout your entire body. Releasing tension can reduce pain and associated discomfort, letting your body reposition itself correctly.

The surface of variable height spheres aids decompression in these two areas of the spine. It releases tension in the surrounding muscles and relieves pressure around the nerve roots and vertebral discs.  The weight of the pelvis either side of the sacrum, when balanced on the keystone, releases tension in both anterior and posterior pelvic muscles. The neck cradle decompresses tension in the neck and related shoulder muscles, in turn relaxing tightness across the front of the chest, allowing the shoulders to open up.

THE RESULT IS REDUCED PAIN AND BETTER POSTURE IN AS LITTLE AS 20 MINUTES.

How to use GRAVITY

True relaxation is the key to using GRAVITY. So, make sure to relax while using the device to ensure that you benefit from its natural actions.

Lie down, face up, on a firm surface. A carpeted floor is ideal, but you could lie on a yoga mat, the beach, grass, or a therapy table if you have one. Avoid using a bed as it is usually too soft for GRAVITY to be effective. However, if you find getting down to floor level difficult you could use a board on your bed to create a firmer surface.

A support under your knees is important as it allows the hips to relax and takes pressure off the lower back. This can be done by placing a cushion or rolled-up yoga mat under your knees or, if you’re on the go, you may want to put your feet up on a chair or a sofa. Alternatively, if you do not have a bolster of some kind, place your feet flat on the floor with your knees at a 30 – 45 degree angle.

It is not advisable to use GRAVITY:

  • If you are/could be pregnant
  • If you have epilepsy
  • If you have open wounds/sores around the area where GRAVITY touches your skin
